Avlu was developed inside a working Istanbul dental-tourism clinic in the group of our founder, Mohamad Hammour, and it is used there every day. Today we offer it to other clinics as a separate company.

Mohamad Hammour is the founder of several health-tourism companies. The companies he manages include Dentakay, Vitrin Clinic, Dent of Istanbul and ValueDent. He is a well-known name in Türkiye's health-tourism market.

Avlu was developed inside a working Istanbul dental-tourism clinic of his group, around the problems its sales team met every day: leads that arrived in the evening and at night and waited until morning, quotes whose price depended on who wrote them, and calls where nobody knew who had phoned whom. The WhatsApp team inbox and lead distribution run there every day; treatment plans and calls are being developed in the same clinic.

Today we offer the Avlu apps to other clinics with the same problems, installed on each clinic's own server. You do not have to change everything at once: you start with one app and add the others when you are ready.

    Tooth-chart treatment plans priced from your own list, with a PDF in the patient's language.

  2. Avlu Lead Distribution

    Meta lead-form leads reach Avlu in about a minute and are shared fairly by language, shift and workload.

    Available now. We install it on your clinic's server within about two weeks of signing. It is set up on your clinic's own Meta app, so Meta's own approvals can add time.

  3. Avlu Calls

    CloudTalk inside the patient file: click-to-call, recordings, calling by stage, missed-call follow-up.

    Available now. We install it on your clinic's server within about two weeks of signing. It works with your clinic's own CloudTalk account.

  4. Avlu WhatsApp · team inbox

    A team inbox on your clinic's own number through the official API; every chat has an owner.

How your data stays apart from the clinics our founder manages

Our founder also manages clinics, so it is natural to ask. Our answer has four parts: your own server, a separate company, a no-access clause in the contract, and support access only with your permission, on record.

  • Your own server

    Avlu runs on a server bought in your clinic's name and paid for by your clinic. There is no server or database shared with any other clinic, including the clinics in our founder's group.

  • A separate company

    A company separate from the clinics our founder manages sells and supports the product. The installation and support team works for that company and is named in the contract.

  • A no-access clause in the contract

    The contract states that neither our founder nor any clinic he manages will access your data.

  • Only with your permission, and logged

    We connect to your server only for support, with your permission. Every connection is logged, and we send you the log whenever you ask.

  • Your Meta account stays with you

    Your WhatsApp Business account, your number and your Facebook Page stay in your own Meta business portfolio. Access keys are stored encrypted, on your own server.

  • Your price list stays private

    Your price list lives on your own server. During the import, only the installation team named in the contract sees it; the team signs a confidentiality undertaking, and every import is recorded.

How we work

  • Start with one app

    You start with one app and add the others when you are ready. Nothing changes overnight.

  • We do the installation

    The server spec, installation, setup, data import and training for your team in Turkish: we do all of it.

  • The server and the data are yours

    Your clinic buys the server in its own name. You receive a licence bound to your clinic, not the source code, and your data is always yours.

  • You pay once

    No monthly payment to Avlu. You pay for the server, Meta and CloudTalk directly to those providers; we add nothing on top.

  • No AI

    No AI talks to your patients in our system. Your team does.

  • No exaggeration

    We promise no results; you see your own numbers in your own reports.
