What happens in the 30 minutes

Screen sharing, on a demo server, with fictional data. You see the four apps in order, and we choose together which one you start with. If you like, bring a few lines of your price list; we build the sample plan with them.

Optional, before the demo

The night test

Patients in Europe often write after work, which is evening or night in Istanbul. To see what happens at your clinic at those hours:

  1. One evening at 23:00, message your clinic's WhatsApp number as if you were a patient.
  2. Note when the reply came, and from whom.
  3. If you like, also look at last week's form leads: how many got a WhatsApp message within 5 minutes?
  4. We look at the result together in the demo.

The point is not to blame anyone; it's to see together what happens at night.

How it works

  2. Optional: the night test

    Before the demo, try your own clinic one evening. We talk about the result in the demo.

  3. 30 minutes on screen

    With our team you see the four apps with fictional data: treatment plans, lead distribution, calls and WhatsApp. We tell you plainly the three things that change for your team.

  4. A written quote

    For the app you start with, we email the one-time price, the server we recommend, the monthly running costs and an installation plan as a PDF. You add the other apps when you are ready.

Questions

Will we see real patient data in the demo?

No. The demo server runs on fictional data only.

What happens after the demo?

We send you a written quote as a PDF: the right first app for your clinic, the server we recommend, the monthly running costs, an installation plan and the price. The decision is yours.

We don't have a server yet. Is that a problem?

No. We prepare the server spec and the order list, and open the account with you in your clinic's name. In the demo we talk about which server fits your team.

Can we see the price before the demo?

Yes. The three prices are written out on the Pricing page: a one-time licence per app, with installation, training and 12 months of updates and support included. After the demo we send a written quote for your clinic.

Where is our data kept?

On your clinic's own server: in Türkiye for clinics in Türkiye, in the EU for clinics outside it. Your clinic is the data controller. We connect to your server only for support, with your permission, and every connection is logged.

How long does installation take?

Our target is 10 business days for one app and 20 for Avlu Complete, counted from server and Meta access. It is a target, not a promise; WhatsApp also depends on how fast Meta verifies your clinic. We do every installation: the server, imports, settings and training in Turkish.

Which languages does it speak?

The plan PDF your patient receives comes in 7 languages today, and WhatsApp templates can be in any language Meta supports.

Today the team screens are in English. In the demo you see them exactly as your team will use them.
