Included in the price
There is no separate installation fee.
Your clinic does not have to configure anything itself. Everything below is included in every licence.

Server
We write the server spec and the order list. The provider account is opened in your clinic's name, and we configure the server for security.

Installation
We install Avlu on your clinic's own domain. An encrypted backup is taken every day and kept off the server, in the same region; the restore is tested at installation.

Shared core
Unlimited users, roles, stages, two-step verification and the KVKK pack. Your existing patients, leads and price list are imported once, from a standard Excel or CSV file.

App setup
Depending on the app: the price list and PDF design, your Meta Pages and lead forms, the CloudTalk connection, or your WhatsApp number and templates.

Training
2 remote sessions per app, a separate session for team leaders and the owner, short videos in Turkish, and an on-site go-live day in Istanbul (2 days with Avlu Complete).

Close support
For 30 days after go-live we check in with you every day; then 12 months of updates and support follow.
Our go-live target is 10 business days for one app and 20 for Avlu Complete, counted from the day we receive server and Meta access. It is a target, not a promise; WhatsApp also depends on how quickly Meta verifies your clinic.
Why Avlu Complete?
Bought one by one, the four apps cost €5,500 + 3 × €3,000 = €14,500. Avlu Complete costs €10,750: a difference of €3,750 (26%).

Adding an app later
Start with one app and add the others when you are ready. Within 12 months of your first go-live, every amount of licence you have paid counts in full, at the prices of your original contract:
- 1 app 2 apps €3,000
- 1 app Avlu Complete €5,250
- 2 apps Avlu Complete €2,250
- Each addition comes with a new licence key; nothing is reinstalled.
- The added app's setup, 2 training sessions and 30 days of close support are included. Its 12 months of updates and support start from its own go-live.
- Renewals are billed on one common date, prorated monthly per app, so no app ever pays for months it already has included.
- After 12 months, each added app costs the then-current additional-app price. Once your total licence payments reach the then-current Avlu Complete price, the remaining apps are unlocked free.
Users
Every clinic licence includes unlimited users, shared across all your apps.
Your team
- Coordinators, sales staff, call agents, team leaders and admins: as many as your clinic needs.
- Add, deactivate or swap people at any time, at no extra cost.
Owner, doctors and managers
- The clinic owner.
- Doctors who view, edit or approve plans.
- Read-only managers.
- These roles are limited to plans, approvals, patient files and reports: they cannot reply in the WhatsApp inbox, make calls or take leads.
For several brands, or a branch on its own server, we send a separate quote.
No per-user charge, and no charge per patient, lead, plan, message or call.

If you do not renew
- You keep using your installed version with no time limit; you simply receive no updates and no support.

- Help outside a contract costs €55 an hour.
Important: the shared core and Treatment Plan keep working as delivered. Lead Distribution, WhatsApp and Calls depend on Meta and CloudTalk, which change their systems regularly, so they stay connected only while updates are active.
Monthly running costs (paid directly to the provider)
There is no monthly payment to Avlu. You pay for the server the apps run on and the platforms you use directly to those providers; we add nothing to these amounts and take no share of them.
The server we recommend is a virtual server in your clinic's name: 4 vCPU and 8 GB RAM for 1–2 apps and up to 25 users; 8 vCPU and 16 GB RAM for Avlu Complete or a larger team. The amounts below are for a server in the EU (Hetzner, with a Storage Box for the backup), which we recommend for clinics outside Türkiye. You prepay the server and backup yearly; our monitoring warns you 30 days before the bill is due.

Payment
Clinics outside Türkiye pay at the EUR list: 50% at signing and 50% at go-live, by SEPA or SWIFT. Amounts exclude VAT.
- Clinics in Türkiye are quoted in Turkish lira, with the same split: 50% at signing and 50% at go-live.
- Pay in full at signing and the price stays the same, plus 3 extra months of updates and support (and one extra on-site training day with Avlu Complete). It is a service bonus, not a discount.
- We never discount the licence: every clinic pays the same price.

Good to know
- Prices in euros are for clinics outside Türkiye. Clinics in Türkiye are quoted in Turkish lira.
- The price in your signed contract is fixed; no exchange-rate or inflation difference is charged afterwards.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Prices exclude VAT. Turkish KDV (20%) is added where it applies; your accountant can confirm whether you can recover it.
- A one-time software purchase can usually be capitalised and amortised; please confirm this with your accountant too.
- The server and backup are not included in the price; your clinic pays the provider directly. Avlu never resells hosting.

Is there really no monthly payment?
There is no monthly payment to Avlu. You do pay for the server, the backup and any Meta and CloudTalk services you use, directly to those providers; we add nothing to these amounts.
For one or two apps, a server in the EU costs about €9–10 a month today, and the off-server backup about €3–4.
What kind of server do we need?
A virtual server (VDS) that your clinic buys in its own name. For 1–2 apps and up to 25 users, 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 160–200 GB of NVMe storage are enough; for Avlu Complete or a larger team we recommend 8 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 320 GB of NVMe. We recommend a provider in Türkiye; clinics outside Türkiye can use a provider in Europe.
We write the spec and the order list and open the account with you, in your clinic's name. Avlu never resells hosting and adds nothing to the server bill.
What happens after 12 months?
The yearly Updates & Support renewal is optional and starts in month 13. If you do not renew, your installed version keeps working; you simply receive no updates and no support.

Lead Distribution, WhatsApp and Calls depend on Meta and CloudTalk, so they stay connected only while updates are active.
Can we buy three apps?
For three apps, Avlu Complete costs less, so we do not quote three apps on their own. With Avlu Complete you get all four.
Can we start with one app and add more later?
Yes, and we recommend it. Each addition comes with a new licence key; nothing is reinstalled.
Within 12 months of your first go-live, the licence you have paid counts in full: moving from 1 to 2 apps costs €3,000, and from 1 app to Avlu Complete €5,250.
How many users are included?
Unlimited. Every licence includes unlimited users, shared across all your apps, with no per-user charge. The clinic owner, doctors who view, edit or approve plans, and read-only managers get accounts too; these roles are limited to plans, approvals, patient files and reports.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT; Turkish KDV (20%) is added where it applies. Whether you can recover it depends on your situation, so please confirm with your accountant.
Do you offer discounts?
We never discount the licence, so every clinic pays the same price. If you pay in full at signing, the price stays the same and you receive 3 extra months of updates and support.
What changes if we pay in full?
The price stays the same; you receive 3 extra months of updates and support, and one extra on-site training day with Avlu Complete. It is a service bonus, not a discount.
