Draft: this text is not final until it has been reviewed by a lawyer.
Note for the legal review
DRAFT. This text must not be published before a lawyer reviews it. The Turkish version is the reference text. It covers use of the website only; the product licence, installation and Updates & Support are created by a separate written licence agreement and data processing agreement (under counsel review). No licence terms are published on the site. Settle the competent courts, the liability wording and the company details with the lawyer.
These terms cover the use of the avlusoft.com website, run by Avlu Soft (the “Company”). By using the site you accept them.
1. Purpose of the site
The site gives information about the Avlu product and takes demo requests. Nothing on it is an offer.
2. Prices and contracts
Prices on the site are for information and exclude VAT. Binding prices and terms are those in the written offer we send you and in the licence agreement signed by both parties. Third-party costs such as the server, backup, Meta and CloudTalk are paid directly to those providers.
3. Accuracy
We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but features may change as the product develops. Names, numbers and figures shown in sample screens on the site are fake.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, screenshots and the Avlu brand on the site belong to the Company. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. WhatsApp, Meta, CloudTalk and other brands belong to their owners.
5. Rules of use
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Do not try to harm or overload the site, the server or the forms.
- Do not enter anyone else's details or any patient data into the forms.
6. Links
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error. Our commitments about the product are only those in the signed licence agreement.
8. Governing law
Turkish law governs these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its date.
