01Avlu Treatment Plan
Hair transplant plans drawn by your doctor, in the patient's own language.
The doctor draws the hairline by hand and plans the grafts zone by zone. Prices come from your clinic's price list. The patient gets the plan in their own language, as a PDF of about 10 to 13 pages.
The hair transplant edition of Treatment Plan: the same app at the same price. Dental, hair or both is chosen at installation.
Available now. We install it on your clinic's server within about two weeks of signing.

From the assessment to the price, in one plan
The coordinator, the doctor and the clinic owner work on the same plan; only the doctor makes the assessment.
The doctor's hairline, grafts zone by zone
The doctor enters the stage (Norwood or Ludwig), the donor area, the technique and the number of sessions, and sets each zone's graft range. They draw the new hairline by hand. The plan shows the total number of grafts and, if you want, the donor reserve.
One clear price
The options side by side, and a clear list of what is included and what is not. The price is held for 14 days by default. Coordinators pick the package from your price list and never type a price; you set the discount limit for each role.
Who does what, and your permits, on the plan
You say who designs the hairline, takes the grafts, opens the channels and places the grafts: a doctor, a certified assistant or a nurse. Your team and your permits appear on the plan's page about your clinic.
The first 14 days and the next 12 months
Aftercare, and how the hair grows over 12 months, each on a page of its own. These pages print only with the text your clinic's doctor approved for that language.
How a plan is made
The coordinator picks, the doctor draws, the clinic sends.
If your clinic has a graft table, one button fills the ranges from it; the plan cannot be approved until the doctor has changed or confirmed every zone.
The coordinator picks the package
The patient's photos are added to the file. The coordinator ticks what the patient reports (years of hair loss, hair loss in the family, an earlier transplant, medicines, smoking) and picks the package from your price list. They never type a price.
The doctor assesses and draws
The doctor enters the stage, the donor area, a graft range for each zone, the technique and the number of sessions, confirms what the coordinator ticked and draws the new hairline by hand. If the case is not suitable now, they mark it with a reason, and the coordinator gets a follow-up task with a recheck date.
The clinic sends the plan
The doctor approves the plan, and the PDF is ready in the patient's language. The coordinator downloads it and sends it the way you do today.
The PDF your patient receives
About 10 to 13 pages, in 7 languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic (right to left). The pages come in this order.
- CoverThe patient's name, the approximate number of grafts and the date the price is held until.
- At a glanceThe options in one view: grafts, technique, stay and price.
- Hair todayThe stage, the donor area and each zone as it is today. For privacy, the PDF carries no photos of the patient; the photos stay with the doctor.
- The new hairlineOnly when the doctor drew it, with the fixed caption “a planning sketch drawn by hand, not a simulated result”.
- The plan, zone by zoneEach zone's graft range and the total; the donor reserve if you want it.
- Options side by sideTwo or three options: what each includes, the hotel and the price.
- The stay, day by dayArrival, the day of the operation, the check and the trip home; what to bring.
- Price, deposit and dateThe itemised price, the deposit, the balance, the refund rule, your day-of graft rule and the date the price is held until (14 days by default).
- Included and not includedWhat the price includes, and what it does not.
- The first 14 days and the next 12 monthsOnly with the text your clinic's doctor approved for that language.
- Why your clinicYour team, who does what and your permits.
- Next stepShort steps for the patient: write to you, choose an option and a date, and secure the date with the deposit.
Every PDF says that it is a preliminary plan, based on the photos and the information the patient sent; the doctor confirms the final plan at the consultation in the clinic.
Dental, hair or both.
The same app, the same price
Treatment Plan is set up for dental, hair or both at installation; there is no separate licence and no extra fee for hair. In a clinic that chose both, the coordinator picks a dental plan or a hair plan when they make a plan.
The other apps work as they are
- Avlu Lead Distribution
Every form lead becomes a patient file, and the hair plan is made on that same file.
- Avlu Calls
You call the patients who received a plan by their stage, one after another.
- Avlu WhatsApp
The chat and the plan sit in the same patient file, so whose patient it is and where the plan is are in one place.
With your CRM
Already use a CRM? Keep it: Treatment Plan works next to it. Zoho CRM is ready; other CRMs with an API are connected during setup.
The same one-time price for dental and hair

What you pay the providers directly each month

Avlu adds nothing to these amounts and takes no share of them. The amounts are today's approximate figures for a server in the EU (Hetzner), which we recommend for clinics outside Türkiye.
Yearly Updates & Support is optional from month 13; today it is €1,100 a year for 1 app.
Questions about the hair plan
If your question is not here, ask it in the call; we will look at it together.
Is there AI in the hair plan?
No. There is no simulation, no automatic graft count and no photo analysis. The doctor enters the stage, the zones and the graft ranges, and draws the hairline by hand.
The plan prints the drawing with a fixed caption: a planning sketch drawn by hand, not a simulated result.
Where are the plans and the photos kept?
On your clinic's own server. Like the other Avlu apps, Treatment Plan is installed on a server in your clinic's name; patient files, photos and plans stay there. Your clinic is the data controller for this data.
Which languages does the PDF come in?
7 languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic (right to left).
The first 14 days and the next 12 months come with a draft text in English and in Turkish; it does not print until your doctor has read and approved it. In the other languages these two pages print once your clinic has written and approved its own text.
Can a coordinator change the doctor's assessment?
No. The stage, the donor area, the zones and graft ranges, the technique, the number of sessions and the hairline change only from an account with the doctor permission; the server refuses a change from a coordinator's account.
The coordinator ticks what the patient reports, and the doctor confirms it. Health notes print on the PDF only after the doctor has confirmed them.
We do both dental treatment and hair transplants. Do we need two apps?
No. Treatment Plan is set up for dental, hair or both at installation; it is the same app at the same price.
With both, the coordinator picks a dental plan or a hair plan when they make a plan, and hair plans are marked in the lists. If you want to change the choice later, our support team changes it.
Do we pay Avlu anything every month?
No. You pay once for each app; installation, training and 12 months of updates and support are included in the price. There is no monthly payment to Avlu.
Your server, the backup off the server and, if you use them, CloudTalk and Meta's message fees are paid each month directly to those providers. We add nothing to these amounts and take no share of them.
Today's approximate amounts: the server costs €27–36 a month (1-2 apps) or €45–63 (Avlu Complete or a larger team), and the backup off the server €4–7 a month.

In a short call we go through the plan and the pages of its PDF with you, and answer your questions. Our demo clinic shows dental plans; we show you the hair plan on a shared screen in the call. You do not need to decide anything at the end of the call.
